Relationship Shuffles

I often laugh when I hear people talk about the relationship they have with their vehicle, or their garden, or work. But then, we are in relationship with everything…..only everything!

It’s not other people that get in the way of our relating. It’s more about our relationship with ourself, Me, Myself and I. If I’m hard on myself, it will show up. If I’m too picky, that shows up. The good news is that when I truly pay attention to my own alignment with my values, thoughts and desires, my truest self shows up. Hopefully, I am paying attention and allow those qualities to shine through to others.
